  Not even deserving a 1 star service - Chemist Warehouse Keysborough are pathetic. Would not offer a $15 refund nor exchange for 3 products (un-opened hand wash liquid bottles completely sealed) and were using the excuse of the Covid 19 pandemic to refuse return. Would advise anybody to think twice and avoid shopping here. Go elsewhere with better return policies and better customer service!!!

  Please do not buy anything from them except for medicine. I bought 'Famidoc Touch-less Forehead Thermometer' for $110 from the shop
  But the battery cover was faulty. I went for a return or exchange after some weeks. The staff played all sorts of drama. First, I have to send it to the company, sorry they cannot do anything about this as this has been opened, the staff took this to the pharmacist. After the consultation with the pharmacist another staff came and told me the the same. Finally there was a hope that I should leave the thermometer at the shop for the retail manager to come next day and call me. I left it at the shop but no one called me. Finally I called the shop and I was told to come and get an exchange. So I did. This time I did not need to talk much.
  Big waste of my time and fuel during covid, big hassle and drama. Please do not buy anything except for medicine from them. I do not want anyone to experience the drama and hassle that experienced.

  Worst customer service ever! I had 3 people approach me because I wasn't wearing a mask even though I told them I had an exemption and showed the manager my medical certificate. When the 3rd person approached me I told him (he was security) that I had an exemption and had already presented it to one of the staff and he insisted I show him also. Not sure why I needed to be approached 3 times. They have no respect and weren't even apologetic about it.

  Maria G the pharmacy assistant served me to today and went above and beyond what I would ever have expected or experienced in any store. She is so knowledgeable, genuine, friendly and is an absolute asset to Chemist Warehouse. I am regular shopper at various stores through vic and recommend Maria is acknowledged for her customer service skills in the beauty and care department. She is an absolute outstanding ambassador for Chemist Warehouse. Thank you Maria for making my visit such a great experience to round out the week.
