  Knowledgeable staff, usually have what I need in stock. keysborough branch stocks more than Camberfield but the staff at both stores are extremely helpful go out of their way to find products and will guide you with the correct applications. Highly recommend this company.

  These guys were awesome to deal with Adam from the keysborough store went above and beyond with helping me figure out what I wanted and then all the products I would need to achieve the desired outcome I was after. My concreter put me on to these guys and I'm so grateful he did because the service was second to none I highly recommend these guys for all your concreting needs.

  After changing careers and moving into Concrete Sealing I contacted Adam from Concreters Warehouse for advice and assistance. He was amazing and his knowledge and experience and attention to detail have been outstanding. He always answers my calls day and night, delivers stock when I need it and recommends applications to help. Their products are first class along with the service.   I visited the Concreter's Warehouse Store in Keysborough and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the young lady. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. They have a great range of products for all your concrete needs. Would definitely go back again.

  Very rude, lack knowledge & they never have stock. My boys alway's come back empty handed after a trip to the store. They have let my company down on so many occasions. Very unreliable. Would much prefer to shop at Bunnings.

  Customer service over the phone was appalling. Rang up to see if they had the stock in what I needed to save myself driving an hour plus to the store only to be told sorry I am too busy to go and look for you. Didn't take my number and call me back when he was less busy. Would rather buy online then head into the store.
