  After careful consideration we chose Eclipse Retractable Screens. Brian arrived the day after our first contact with him and on time. The screens were promised within 2 weeks but were installed in just 8 days. We had a 4 metre wide retractable screen for our alfresco area fitted. Eclipse screens were perfect for our needs and we are extremely pleased with Brian’s professional manner and workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Eclipse to anyone.

  Are these people still in business ? If they are there's no way I'd recommend them. I've lost count of the messages I've left without a response. I then tried emailing them but that didn't work either. What do I have to do to get someone to contact me to arrange a service call ? Would give them no stars if I could. Don't bother people !!

  SHOCKING BUSINESS PRACTICE, the goods I had ordered came damaged, I tried to speak to Brian and Maria Sampey and was completely ignored, emails, phone calls, no replies at all. I went to the Keysborough location and was told by the both of them to "Get lost", I will be taking this further, take your business elsewhere, these people should be shut down.
