  I made an appointment and explained I was a platinum blonde. I then called 20 minutes before to make sure they were ready for me to come in. I then get there and the brunette woman who’s suppose to do my hair says “Sorry I can’t do your hair because we don’t carry bleach.” I thought this was a high end salon, but they don’t carry bleach? Even after I called and told her I was platinum blonde? It’s very rude to have me come in and then tell me you can’t do my hair. They do not value the customers time. I literally am out with my girlfriends who do hair and they’re laughing like it’s the most hilarious thing they’ve ever heard. How is this place in business?

  I really should not say anything because I'm afraid everyone will want to go there. The owner does my hair and has been cutting it for years and does a beautiful job. I trust all the ladies in the salon and they have been there for years. It is one big happy family and their prices aren't bad either. They run sales on shampoo and other products that are really outstanding.

  Horrible job, didn’t do the color I wanted in my hair and cut my hair 4 inches when I said I only wanted a trim. Don’t go here they will mess up your hair.
