- Mark Lowe Added March 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Failing to deliver a custom tank ordered and paid in full for almost 2 years ago. Numerous phone calls. Multiple visits. Now entering legal process to recover funds. Let's see how this pans out. $ Value greater than $600. At this stage only a refund is good enough.
Sad because they seem like nice people and I was at the start of setting up a marine tank with lots more to purchase. Approx $7000-8000. Crazy.
Not happy.
Update: 08/08/2017 - After failing to deliver registered mail I have again had to visit in person to hand a letter of demand for refund as recommended by consumer affairs prior to legal action.
30 days past with no response. The matter is now being lodged with small claims court for cost of tank and expenses.
