    Have been with opsm Parkmore for a while now,I have found the staff very helpful and understanding with my concerns.i have always gotten honest opinions from them which is what I prefer as sometimes it can be hard when choosing new glasses.the optometrist I have had has explained everything about my problems in words I can understand.

    Came here Sat arvo and the worker was pretty rude - i was told the store covid19 protocols and when i asked the worker to repeat it (as i wanted to make sure i properly understood it) - he looked annoyed/sighed. Then i was questioned why im taking pictures of frames in an interrogating matter (if its not allowed then tell me? Never had this problem at other stores). Didn't greet me or ask me for help too which added to the stand offish vibes.

    Maybe he was stressed, though not sure why since the store was empty?

    Very small range of frames here - so better to go to another OPSM store anyway.

    i did my wife s eye test from here
    their chinese optometrist chi ly was very rude. she dont know how to give good customer service.she also lied to me by saying that my wife s astigmatism cannot be improved. i have done research and fount out it can be improved by wearing glasses or doing surgery from now on i will never come back.
